Policies

Appointment Reservations: We require appointments to be scheduled online through our website or by calling the desk. We typically are not able to take walk-ins but will do our best to accommodate them if we have the time available. It is always recommended to schedule your appointment in advance to ensure availability.

Cancellations: We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you will need to cancel. If an appointment is cancelled in less than 24 hours, there will be 50% fee of your service total.

No Shows: We require a 24 hour notice for any and all cancellations. If an appointment is missed with no call or notice, you may be responsible to pay the full amount of your service total. We will also require any future appointments to be paid for in advance before booking.

Late Arrivals: If you are running late for an appointment, we ask that you please call the desk to inform us. Please do not contact us by email or text as it is likely that we will not receive the message in time. We will always do our best to accommodate you. However, depending on how late the appointment will be started, we may be able to adjust the time length of your service or you may be required to reschedule if that is not possible.

Cell Phones & Electronics: For the respect of all other clients receiving services in our relaxing atmosphere, we ask that you please silence any electronics and refrain from any cell phone use while in the Spa. Please be aware of all types of noise including voice level that may disrupt the relaxation of others.

Refunds: Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. All products are nonrefundable once they have been opened. Products may only be returned and refunded or exchanged if they are sealed and unopened in the original packaging.

Group Appointments: If you are scheduling services for multiple people/group, we require a deposit of 50% of all services to reserve scheduled appointments. All deposits are due at the time of booking. Deposits may be paid in person or over the phone.
